Unfortunately, many own brands already many good brands! Unfortunately, when passing go gets very unpleasant smell from the cheap company left at the entrance out, which would be very bad! Would rather stay with the Good brands!

Long-time customers lost! So far I have always enjoyed buying my shoes from Humanic and have always been satisfied with the selection and advice. Today, however, I wanted to complain about a shoe for the first time because the sole of the right shoe is defective and water-permeable. Unfortunately, the seller did not take care of the problem and although the shoes are still within the warranty period, the complaint was not accepted. The seller's statement: "she couldn't see any defects in the sole" unfortunately didn't help me much. Disappointed with the behavior of the seller, I left the shoes with her on site and left the shop for the last time. All this with a shoe that cost € 65 in sales and therefore probably not even worth mentioning in shopping ... Edit after response from the Humanic Team: Thank you for the answer and the tests in the test laboratory, which is probably located in every Humanic branch. Of course, I now assume that you have tested my shoes under everyday conditions and that the water mysteriously spreads from the center of my sole, although neither the surrounding sole nor the fabric on the shoe is wet. Furthermore, this phenomenon only occurs with one shoe and spreads exactly on the inside of the logo, which was incorporated into the sole. I very much regret that Eiman Abdallah and his team from Galileo Mystery no longer exist, which could have probably shed light on the dark ... Nevertheless, I will accept your statement and leave the topic alone because of the disproportionate effort.
