Branch manager extremely unfriendly! From my side, definitely not to be recommended.

Service unsatisfactory! Without a greeting or other comments (e.g. sit down ...) we had to wait at least 30 minutes. This is only to be said that she (... branch manager ...) cannot offer the service, because if I cannot book this myself online, she cannot either. In addition, the business would not pay off - my wish was too cheap. In addition, she was busy for half an hour with the booking, which was too long. I would like to note that nobody was in the travel agency except me. I absolutely didn't feel welcome. Knowing well that I might consider another branch of the remaining stock exchange, the branch in Vöcklabruck certainly won't. And I would recommend the same to everyone who wants to make the booking of a trip a pleasant experience.

We booked the first time and were ripped off right away. We did not get what we booked and as we came back from vacation we asked the lady to the speech and she said that is the same anyway and we had booked too late so we did not get what we had booked. And with the travel insurance we were not told that we have to pay 300 euros if we are sick. Only from 300 euros pays the insurance. Full of the rip-off in my eyes. Never again.

We always book our holidays online and were 2 years ago for the first time in Vöcklabruck, where we were asked after we had a question reasonless stupid and false information was given. Now we wanted to try a 2 but already on entering we were extremely unfriendly greeted ect ..., how can anyone advise against. Apparently, the (k) want to do business. The managing director is urgently needed! Only online or on the restplatzbörse Hotline the effort is very courteous and polite!
