Surprisingly hard to find. What looks like a wall is a window inside. The door is open. Just park out front. Expect the streetcar ticket terminal across the street to have a very slow touch screen but it should eventually work.
Hertz: WARNING, SCAM!!!!!!
We have rented a car for 24h. We picked up in Viena and we returned it in Salzburg. On return we were told it had damage to the driver's door on opening, which is a lie as we did not park against any other car that would have ocasioned the damage. It is completely impossible, this appears to be damage which we not notice on pick-up. They are going to charge us 1.000,96€ for a tiny scratch which we did not do. This is incredible, apart from being completely unprotected we were unaware that we had contracted insurance with excess and also paying 15€ more for fully comprahensive (also 30€ more for another driver). We have no form to demonstrate that the damage was not caused by us or another method of reclaiming. They are stealing our money by credit card. Also our treatment has been awful, terrible and with threats to call the police. We are being classed as delinquents and liars, when in fact it is them. Please, do not rent from this company (Hertz). From our experience we have discovered that this is "company policy ", scamming the clients would fall in the trap of contracting insurance with excess. This has happened to many numerous other clients.

Staff are super friendly and nice. Pick up the car in about 10 minutes. Returns are also not a problem outside of these hours, as parking spaces are available at the nearby gas station.
Everything was uncomplicated and very quick - that's customer service. A heartfelt thank you!
