1. Employee at acceptance had no MNS 2. I find it very strange when I bring a coat to the cleaning service and it is only accepted there by stating name, address and phone number - data protection ?? Would understand if you didn't have to pay immediately - but it's prepayment anyway (although it actually means - first performance then payment). 3. Then I was given € 7 change in 50 cent coins, although the savings bank is 2 doors down.

The reason is not directly due to you but rather the problem has to do with GLS ...
