So far we have always been very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my experience this morning was not so great: Yesterday afternoon I wanted to have a forwarding order created - then I received the information (this was also clearly legible on an information sheet) that this would no longer be possible after 3 p.m. So I came back this morning around 7:30 am - I got the information that this would only be possible from 10 am because there were only two of the employees. Unfortunately, I was not told this the day before and was not visible on the information sheet. I also have to say that I was the only customer in the store at the time. The reaction of the employees to my suggestion that the information must then also be correctly passed on and possibly adjust the note was: "Yes, it fits!"

Die Kritik von Frau Hofer ist hier nicht angebracht da in dieser Geschäftsstelle wegen der Covid Situation ein eingeschränkter Betrieb herrscht, auf welchen auch im Aushang hingewiesen wird. Da ich oft vor Ort etwas zu tun habe kann ich diese Art der Kritik nicht nachvollziehen, ich werde immer Top beraten und fühle mich als Kunde auch willkommen.
