I did an online canine expertise, after completing the course I had to wait a long time and ask for documents several times. I do not recommend. Please do not write that the post office is guilty! I received parcels from abroad without any problems and on time! I was informed that I had a maximum of 2 weeks !! (A spoken word is more important than money) Otherwise, please inform about the delay by email or phone !!! Best to blame the Post! If the company isn't prepared for the course, the course shouldn't take place, right? (€

Our 10 year old EKH / Persian mixed cat withdrew noticeably in September 2020 and finally even stopped eating at the beginning of October. From another specialist veterinarian, whom we therefore spoke to before Dr. Biberauer, after various examinations, only the (already obvious!) Diagnosis of "inappetence" was made and we were sent home with a particularly high-energy tonic to stimulate appetite. In this case, both the administration of the tonic and the rest of the time without the correct treatment could have been very harmful to the cat! Fortunately, shortly afterwards we found Dr. Biberauer, who suspected a pancreatic problem at the first palpation, which was also confirmed in further examinations. After the administration of painkillers, infusions and adapted feeding, the cat quickly felt much better, the day after the first visit to Dr. Biberauer ate it again on its own and with the usual appetite. Today she is fine again and I was welcomed by Dr. Biberauer informs what needs to be done to keep it that way. - Dr. Biberauer is very professional with the animal, takes the necessary time for the examinations, is interested in the patient's anamnesis (really listens to the owner, asks questions and sees the findings available so far) and is a great diagnostician. Making an appointment is uncomplicated despite Corona restrictions, and the price-performance ratio is also good. In return, I am happy to take the (in my case) longer journey there. Definitely a recommendation!

Unfortunately, our cat Solana had to experience a fall from the first floor. At first she was fine, but after a day the condition worsened (nothing eaten, nothing drunk, generally not moved). After the team of Mr. Dr. Biberauer had carried out an examination on Saturday, an appointment was immediately made for the next Tuesday. We were also given painkillers to bridge the gap until the operation. The surgery (root canal treatment) on Tuesday went well and meanwhile (Thursday) our cat is fine again! We are very satisfied and I think we paid a reasonable price for the service we provided.

Simply a great team that takes great care of the needs of both young and old. We thank Dr Biberauer and his team for the loving treatment of our tomcat Moritz!
