Extremely unfriendly on the phone. I wanted to ask if you can make an appointment for an antigen test. The man on the phone didn't even let me finish and immediately said in a gruff tone "No, we'll be full until the end of February". I couldn't even finish saying that it would be an appointment on March 1st, whereupon he replied, very annoyed, "No, only until the end of February". I understand that a lot of people are probably calling right now, but that sort of thing isn't necessary if I'm just asking normally! I will not turn to this pharmacy anymore!

Cool, modern pharmacy and nice, courteous staff! For me, it's great because this pharmacy is one of the few that has products for animals in stock!
