The staff here were really nice and did a great job explaining important details to me in English, as best as they could. I was also recommended some great skincare products; they have quite the variety in stock!

Very rude and agressive stuff. During our visit sales person dont give us any real help and speak very rude. We have to go to other apothek.

Have been in here 3 times and each time have dealt with a different person. Very rude, they make things up to suit the situation and you cannot ask questions. They more or less dismiss you and begin doing something else. Went into today to get CBD oil which i have purchased there before, was told it is not allowed in Austria and no i cannot have it. Another time i needed a script filled from my private doctor but using the govt. supply (since I am a tax payer) and was told 'NO' cannot help you. Sadly no option to leave no stars. AVOID.

unfriendly people working there . refuse to sell me syrop which is dont have any restrictions to sell . looks like they are really dont like foreigners . never come back here

Good staff. Went there after losing my inhaler and couldn't breathe, the pharmacist was understanding and got me an inhaler fast.
