Customer service = Zero. They do not answer emails. Over the phone we reached them after 6 tries. Despite the emergence matter (gas leakage) we get an appointment in 3(!) days. And nobody came! And again they are not reachable over the phone. Don’t lose your time and money with the Baumann.

Very bad experience. Before the regular service, our Baxi gas boiler was flawless. After the Baumann visit, unfortunately not anymore. The company then made a cost estimate of over € 500 for a second service - and with incorrect information! Fortunately, we have contacted the official Baxi Service and have the right source serviced. Otherwise very unfriendly, rude and arrogant family. Certainly not a recommendation!

Very poor customer service! The lady on the phone was very rude and insulting. When asked about an urgent problem, I was advised that they would only have another appointment in a month and that it was my problem. Anyone looking for a friendly and competent installer with very good customer service should contact Installateur Gastherme e.U. turn.

During thermal maintenance my vacuum cleaner robot was damaged and has not worked since. When I pointed this out to the company and provided them with all the necessary documents (invoice, pictures), Mr. Benedikt Baumann himself commented on this and said after consulting with his co-worker, he came to the conclusion that it could not have been him. Upon answering me, explaining that the vacuum cleaner robot worked immaculately before using the company and then it was wet and did not work anymore, I did not receive any further answer. Now I stay at the expense. And that, although a company must be insured against such damage. Absolutely incomprehensible. Service: Not enough. Update: 50% of the cost of the vacuum cleaner robot has now been refunded after several emails. That's why I change my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
