My flush valve on the toilet was defective, could no longer be repaired and therefore replaced, and my water heater had to be serviced. So it was at least an emergency. Two employees came by to get an idea, one was rude, the other was mute. After asking me over the phone, Mr Paser promised me that he would contact me immediately when the flush valve I had ordered arrived. I was left hanging and no one from that company has ever contacted me again. Absolutely last class. That was in December 2019, I almost forgot to complain about this. I can only strongly advise against hiring such unreliable craftsmen. For those who live in Vienna's third district like me, I would warmly recommend Ing. Doubek, for example, who then saved me. Everything from communication to perfect work to price was perfect.

Fast and quick staff called and 1 hour later the gentlemen were already there and worked very quickly and well, very satisfied, I always bring this company to my apartment

An invoice of just under 160 euros for filling the expansion tank of my spa (40 min "working time", of which 10 min bucket from the car get) at previously estimated by phone Euro 70 and 500 meters approach I think a bit exaggerated.
