I recommend to stay away from this Hausverwaltung. I can only agree with most of the reviews below, moreover since 4 month I am waiting for my Kaution to be payed back, after many calls and official letters nothing has happened yet. In the very last moment they have also denied the Nachmieter I proposed them without any valid reason, therefore I had to remove the furniture and clean the apartment in the last moment what caused a lot of efforts and quite solid costs to be spent. This is the worse service I had in my entire life. Absolut zu vermeiden!
Zero stars, worst property management ever, absolutely to be avoided.
One of many examples: when I moved out, I was told that the security deposit would not be paid to me because I painted the door frames green, although they were already green as I moved in.
Only after eternal back and forth and letter from the lawyer was the money transferred to me.
So be careful and document the condition exactly when moving in.
Good place to shop
Absolutely useless.
If someone is looking for a competent, motivated and customer-oriented property management: then they are wrong here. Rarely had to do with incompetent or unwilling persons than here. How to work this way in 2019 is a mystery to me
