UPDATE from 1 to 3 stars: After almost a year and many unsuccessful attempts to contact us, we received a response and a new monitor was sent to us ... thank you very much for that! If such things were simply handled directly without going into hiding, there would be satisfied customers who would order there again and recommend the shop to others. Original rating: Always good contact from the start. But when the screen stopped working, it started. I was kindly offered to send it in for review. I did postage for about 15 € in April. Since then there has been no more feedback and no mail from different mail addresses has been replied to, although you just want to know whether the part can still be repaired or not. This is really a shame!

The mentioned rain cover was a translation error in the online shop, it would not look good.

I can also confirm that a complaint will be made. It was only about a weather protection frame, which according to the description is included with the purchased item (surface frame for intercom). At first it was said that one could be sent to me, but then it also fell silent and you can no longer hear anything. So I never got a frame.
