No so good experience if you do not speak German. Looking for a new apartment to buy. This was the only company I visited which did not allowed me to arrange appointment because I do not speak fluent German. I am from EU leaving in Austria and learning German language. So this is discrimination.

New apartment nicely taken over. Then 1 month later water damage. Reported immediately. 5 months later, the renovation has still not been completed. Cooperative itself not to blame, since the developer failed to do so, but the cooperative itself doesn't really care about you either.
