The execution of the fireplace renovation was professional, in contrast to the lady on the phone. It looked bored to unfriendly. The craftsmen working on site were also not talkative - so that the low-hanging chimney seal over the door now makes it impossible to pass through without moving one's head. No problem if there is no other way, but you could have announced that before the installation. No answer to a request for a follow-up appointment by email. Unfortunately, there was also no response to telephone inquiries and promised transfer to the boss. Too bad.
