Two floors of Nespresso shopping. From coffee caps over machines to accessories. Great staff at hand. Always a very friendly and helpful crew when you need any assistance. Elevator in store for wheelchair access. Small nice coffee tasting corner at the upper level where you can try your fave machine or coffee.
So me and my friend went into the shop, staff didn't greet but told us to go upstairs. After we went upstairs, no one came to us or even try to serve us, fine, we approached to a staff and he asked us to go back downstairs cuz the cashier is there, the desk is only for packing. Then we went back as he told, we tried to explain the situation to the staff, apparently she didn't even bother to listen and just interrupted us in the middle in a rude tone "I told you it's upstairs"
IF THIS IS YOUR KIND OF SERVICE, THEN I WON'T COME ANYMORE
