I had a fabulous shopping time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I think I can easily stay here for hours and hours as all the hats look absolutely amazing! I purchased two lovely and unique hats. A lot of people have asked me where I got them from. I can’t wait to travel overseas with them.

I am really disappointed with the service and the reactions of the staff. We have already bought the 5th hat, this time online. After 2 weeks WITHOUT a message and no replies to our emails (was intended as a birthday present), I went to the store. Statement: ah, the hat is not even produced ... no excuse, no effort. The service should be able to withstand the expensive prices. That was our last purchase!
