Date not met! On 5.9. I have an appointment for haircutting. 2 employees were at the cash register and I got an appointment for the 7.9. at 16:30. To be sure I asked again and got the time confirmed. When I arrived at 7.9. I was told on time that I was 1 hour late and there was no time left. For me it was clear that the date was entered incorrectly by the MA. But that was denied and no apology was given. Maybe the MA should be trained so that such annoyances do not occur and customers get angry.
