There is a no-return/ no-change policy for sales items in this shop. For a customer there is no chance to know about this it when you shop there. It is kind of the best kept secret, not written anywhere and nobody is telling you about it. Only after paying, if you are a big fan of reading invoices you can see it on the invoice. When actually it is already too late. And if you want to talk to the shop manager she doesn't bother to come upstairs to talk to you.
