We walked into this store and were not greeted politely by any of the three women working here. Instead, the employee with blond hair stared at us, making us feel very uncomfortable while shopping. I finally turned to the lady and said hello. Instead of greeting us, the two other employees stopped their social conversation and said, “Can I help you?” Very abrasive and rude customer service. As an American, I would avoid this store as my husband, son, and I found them to be very unfriendly and unwelcoming to customers.

Great team - extremely courteous and friendly. I got a Christmas present for my husband here and was wonderfully advised and served from start to finish. I will gladly come again!

Despite Vorweihnachtsstress is the ignorance and lack of helpfulness of the female, and the frightening arrogance of the male staff only with adventurous to evaluate. We left the shop in a hurry.
