Top advice, great service always gladly
I would like to share my experiences with Aichinger Pools here.
We bought at the fair in Salzburg a whirlpool (purchase price over € 20,000) this was also delivered without problems from this point where everything was paid began the nerve robbery, when mounting a side panel was completely damaged, the foam seals were also damaged and the other side parts not professional Assembled.
We shared this with the company because it can not happen with a whirlpool in this price range!
The company put us off and so everything was delayed for half a year!
The side parts were adjusted again but again not right so we had to lend a hand.
The side panel was exchanged today and we were told that we only get a loan part and the kapuute is repaired although we were promised before to get a new one.
The foams are still broken and none of the technicians knew what it was and so they had no substitute for it.
This really took away many nerves and led to conflicts.
We are really grossly disappointed!
We would never buy again from this company.
