You get an appointment very quickly and the staff is also very friendly. Unfortunately, my hairdresser made another appointment at short notice, which is why my bleaching was much too short because she was stressed ... so I was not satisfied with the end result. But then my hair was done again the next day for a material cost price, so I can't say anything negative.
