Great stroller and service! We have had our Naturkind stroller for 1.5 years now and are completely thrilled. The quality is great and if something breaks despite everything, the very friendly customer service is always at your side with words and deeds and a lot of goodwill. We were looking for one
Pollutant-free, possibly all-terrain, but also agile stroller. So we came up with the Lux from Naturkind. The fact that this stroller is still made in Austria made it even more attractive. At a trade fair and then in the shop on site, we received the best advice and struck.
After a while we had a problem with the backrest and after considering whether we should invest the time, we wrote to Naturkind. A competent, detailed answer came promptly with suggested solutions. Further feedback (visibility in twilight / fog) was gladly accepted or a further improvement is already in progress.
This is exactly what I want from a product / company (unfortunately, it is hardly offered any more.)
We can therefore recommend Naturkind without reservation.

We have had the "Lux" stroller with all its attachments for two years and are more than thrilled. He was and is a reliable companion on countless hikes over hill and dale.
