I cannot share the bad ratings for the team from Enns. Everyone was nice, courteous, punctual and competent. Only the ladies on the phone could be a little friendlier.

Definitely do not recommend this company! With every service, some parts are exchanged and mostly the functioning thermal bath is subsequently defective. The service technicians work for hours at my expense and find no solution. Furthermore, I made a phone call to the Enns branch management today because I complained about the service - I was told these words 1: 1 - we will no longer serve them as a customer anyway! The reason for this: I was issued an invoice in the amount of € 200 (travel + 20min work + 20min offer) on request whether it was normal that I had to pay for a offer letter because this was also possible by email or post I was told YES YOU HAVE TO PAY IT! No thanks! Hands off! Reply to message: Thank you for your statement and the quick feedback. None of your employees was definitely insulted, either on site or by phone. We maintain good manners and are able to resolve conflicts with level without violence. I do not know what information you get from your employees, we would be happy to speak to you personally, to which you can also invite your employees. Yes, it is correct that my parents called the emergency services because they assumed that something was wrong. A year ago, the device was "repaired" by your employees! Whereupon a hefty bill of around € 800 was invoiced and the defect was nevertheless not remedied. This situation was described to you last year and the problem was solved if I am not mistaken by the owner personally, as far as I can remember, the original invoice suddenly fell or a compliant amount was charged! You need to understand that your customers are end consumers and not industry professionals who are in good faith to your employees. About this year's situation: Your employee made the diagnosis on site within 20 minutes and wrote an offer for the rest of the time. The costs incurred are € 200. Since my parents have the feeling that the device could still cause problems for them, you have already declared that they do not want to repair it but buy a new device! Which is also very legitimate in my opinion! Nevertheless, it would be appropriate to inform the customers that even the offer to write has the same hourly rate as the repair itself. Insane prices at all for the journey, without VAT, which you then also pay for the entire amount. Assemblers assemble the switches incorrectly so that something is broken and that must also be ordered. In the end, defective € 170 for nothing. Thank you. Great company policy
