Compared to other Omega boutiques this is where I have had the worst customer experience. The staff seem a bit lost in general and the layout of the store is not special at all. Instead, it’s worth visiting the Geneva store in Switzerland 🇨🇭

I called the boutique and wanted to inquire about a specific model. I gave the lady the model name. After the lady (strong accent) was not able to write down the type number (3 attempts spoke extra slowly) I lost the desire to buy.

The Omega Boutique in Vienna is definitely the best address to buy a new Omega or to bring your old treasures back into shape. Once there, you will be welcomed very friendly and well advised by all employees without exception. The very competent managing director of the boutique, Mr. Schmolek, who is well known in the Viennese watch industry, shows that the focus is on customers and the passion for beautiful watches.
