Very inflexible The child went upstairs with a bigger sister, was half afraid of the construction work / maintenance and turned back. I think no money return is ok, but it is incomprehensible why other sisters were not allowed to slide in their place. Statement by the supervisor not logically conclusive. Conclusion: two sad children. He didn't seem to care. He shrugged off my hint that he was doing more harm because he was not gaining regular customers. It's a shame, actually I raved about the children.
