Disaster never again. Wanted to complain 2 tubes 2 MA including boss swarmed me ... I wanted 2 tubes medium brown TINT but got a permanent color .... It was very dark very dark-no medium brown but black despite a very short exposure time. My color starting color was light brown. It was agreed by phone that I would get a deep cleansing shampoo etc and nothing came out went out angrily ... Go to the lawyer or consumer protection department on Mondays ...
