I am very satisfied with CHRIST. I was still looking for a little additional present for my girlfriend. Am to CHRIST in PlusCity. A competent elderly lady works there with whom I enjoy talking about vintage watches. She patiently asked my friend about the style and in the end I got a necklace and earrings with diamonds. I also received a voucher as a bonus and will soon redeem it for a birthday present because the jewelry was very well received.

Unfortunately, very unfriendly, condescending staff. I have been a regular customer for years & have been convinced of the quality, but absolutely no positive buying experience is offered here & therefore I will buy from the competition from now on.

About 1 1/2 years ago I bought a new watch with a leather strap, the staff seemed very friendly at the time. When I was there at the beginning of September to have the bracelet renewed, I was assured that it would be here in about 2 weeks, as it would have to be ordered. I was also assured that I would be called as soon as the tape is here. After 3 weeks I went to the store to ask if my leather bracelet had already arrived and was told it was already on the way, they will call in the next few days. Unfortunately there was no response for another 2 weeks and now I have received an email stating my tape is no longer available. Unfortunately, I find it a shame, because either the staff lied to me when they said it was already on the way, or they forgot to order and only noticed after more than a month. I was not even called as agreed, but only received a one-liner as an email, without any suggestions as to how I could repair the watch (maybe the strap would be available in other colors).

Honestly, something that is unfriendly is not possible and in such a business a shame shame !!
