The lady at the reception desk in the entrance hall treated me like dirt today! I would recommend this lady a suitable job without customer contact, but the colleagues were really competent and very nice!
I can only report positive things.
The registry office, especially Ms. Klimczyk, and her superiors were very committed because it was a matter of postponing the civil wedding (due to the corona), everything went well and the wedding was a special event. Thank you very much.
Except for one lady, only incompetent and rude staff. I would give 0 stars if that were possible. You will be sent back 3 times before doing something that would have been possible the first time. More than just dissatisfied. Works far better in any other community.
