Zara does not want to accept legal guarantees and has lousy customer service Telephone customer service apparently only exists to keep people on hold forever and then direct them to chat. The chat in turn closes automatically after a while and then you can describe everything again. It takes forever until you can pass the bot in the chat and meet a real person and my complaint could not be processed there either. That must first be passed on to another department that decides on it. They just rejected my complaint (by the way, a very clear case of warranty). I turned to the chat again and after an eternal discussion and waiting for further feedback I "may" now return the article. What is that for a company that you first have to chase after and then have to threaten consumer protection and the involvement of a lawyer so that they grant me my statutory rights. This has never been a problem for me with the competition.
