Friendly and experienced waiting staff, drinks were of high standard and the Black Forest cake was simply exquisite! Would definitely come back / recommend to others visiting the Schönbrunner Schloß.

I want to leave a negative review because I want it to be a guideline to other people who come to this museum to enjoy. I really don't recommend this place because the employees are very inexperienced (they don't even know the official German to speak properly, and they also know nothing about English for the food they serve or simply don't want to share knowledge with you) and unkind without wanting to tell you help. I'm sure the prices would not be such a problem if the employees were a little more pleasant and professional.

Quite rude waiters and when we asked to pay with card they said it was not working and 5 min later we saw people paying by card. Overpriced and the coffee was nothing special. The chocolate was good though.

Very rude employees. Expensive for its quality and poor food selection. Their english is very bad and they don’t even try to help you. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars it’s because they give you access to the bathroom (which you have to pay for). There aren’t many options nearby so adjust your schedule so you can eat elsewhere.
