For me, the customer service of Palmers is very bad, especially the expiration of a complaint, the unfriendliness of the employees in the branch Riverside and EKZ Hietzing. I bought a swimming trunks in September 2018, after about 20 x wear the color has lost and at the back of the fabric was very thin - transparent. Incidentally, Schiesser's trousers are much better in price, design and quality.
