I have borrowed the EMS device for 3 months at home. It came to me easily and comfortably. All parts were there and we could start right away. The free app how and what you can train was great, as was the customer support and the return via GLS was easy and uncomplicated. Thanks for that and I can only recommend it to everyone.
We rented the system for a period of 2 months. The device is good and works. The suit and all accessories are of good quality.
What absolutely does not work are the videos that are essential for training. At least for "end users" without a trainer next to them.
We found a training video that works smoothly. All others work a) either not at all b) break off halfway, which is great if you are already in the middle of training or c) are without sound, which does not make training easier.
The device cannot be used without videos and therefore there is only one mandatory star in the rating.
The coordination between EMS device and mobile phone could also be better (possibly via BT connection?), Since the mobile phone / ipad etc. and the EMS device currently have to be started at the same time. If this does not happen at the same time, the image is offset to the training on the device.
The app itself is not up to date. Ipad compatibility = nil.
All in all, it's a shame and I'll dedicate myself more to training in the gym or á la Freeletics.
