TL;DR: Buying Cars here is great, Workshop is slow but is priced fair. Also seems to be the only ones that can do standard repairs without damaging something else on my car. I bought my current new car here, I felt really at home and the dealer gave me a pretty good deal. The workshop however is quite a mixed bag for me. They take advance reservation which is good, you then bring your car in and it even shows on a display above the counter. But it does not seem to mean anything. I had a reservation to get my tires changed. I sat there for an hour. I asked them to check if there was something wrong with my left wiper and they fixed it. Which was nice but I like to be asked before getting a 30 bucks markup on the procedure. (However they saved me double that for a full replacement so I let it slip) My father also bought his car there and it happened to him as well. Apparently they could not find his tires. Which is peculiar if you know that you have customer x come for procedure y in two weeks, one would think they would try to locate those tires in advance. I just had my second tire change and it seemed to work in the 30 minutes they told me - however I did not wait there so I can't say for sure. I still find 30 minutes is quite the time for a tire swap. Without power tools and a lifting ramp I probably manage to do it in 60 minutes. However - I drive 60 minutes here to get my tires changed. They give me the feeling that they work hard to keep me as a customer. Until now they are the first maker endorsed workshop that did not break something while doing minimal repairs (like others I visited with this car and the ones prior).

Were very well advised by Mr. Gernot Wartler, pleasant atmosphere on site. In short: we were very satisfied with the test drive, the advice, the purchase and the entire process and can highly recommend the dealership.

First address for true Citroen drivers! High level of expertise paired with a very nice team from the boss to the mechanics. I have been a customer for years and very satisfied. Every problem was solved and at fair prices. I do not know a better workshop and congratulate the whole team!
