I went to this hairdresser's a few times before the pandemic and have always found the climate pleasant. This time, however, the hairdresser was totally rough and there is no trace of the feel-good atmosphere. All the employees there are totally tense and the friendliness has been completely lost. Pity!

Unfriendly hairdresser, had rolled her eyes behind my back when I wasn't quite satisfied with it, saw it in the mirror. A step cut is kept very simple: two steps several centimeters apart. Rather uncomfortable climate, tense with torch smile. After a while, I had my hairstyle saved by a better-known hairdresser. Not suitable for young audiences! The only plus point: Appointments can also be made at short notice

Have been going there for years, until now! Because of the pandemic, hair is now being washed, I was told. Unfortunately I can not find a regulation for it! I would take it for granted that I would be greeted and that the lady would speak to me in full sentences. I can't do much with sideburns alone! In short, there used to be a friendly staff in the shop. I have always appreciated the short-term appointments, I will surely find them somewhere else!
