Great hair care products from CulumNatura, unfortunately a very unreliable team / including boss. I have called several times over a period of months and asked to order a certain product that is not in stock and to inform me when it is in stock. Unfortunately it did not work despite repeated assurances / I was not called back a single time. If you feel the same way - just contact culumnatura.com, there you will also get information about which contractual partners are reliable. It works with these - within a few days.
