Unfortunately, I cannot understand the enthusiasm. A delivery note was issued for the first order, but no delivery followed. Of course I wasn't happy about it. The system had misread something that was supposedly only seen on Sunday. But it was already a Sunday in between and nothing was clarified. With the very first sentence on the phone, I was immediately accused of my tone, but no apology was given for the mistake.
I've been a customer at Biohof Mitter for many years and I can only say that they are simply great. Great quality, large selection and if something should go wrong, it will be done immediately and without much effort. done. Absolutely great!
