For this price, conditions ok.. sofa and the kitchen a bit dirtier as expected, but clean bathroom, sheets and towels. Be aware that the walls are really thin, if your neighbors are talking, laughing or making kinky stuff than you'll hear E V E R Y T H I N G!

Quite spacious apartment at a good price-performance ratio. Cleanliness could be better and the decor is partly quite worn. By the tram right outside the door and the "soundproof" walls the apartment house belongs to the rather noisy accommodations. Check in and out without any problems. Good outskirts of town with access to public transport. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely book again.

Dirty!! Very much dust and dirt. Full of insects and mold. Extremely small shower. Location is not good. No elevator. Washing machine only downstairs in the laundry room.
