Unfortunately, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with this establishment.
First, believe it or not, there is a (!) Bench, which is also uncomfortable. According to the information on the telephone, a reservation is not possible. There are no tables at all, this is supposed to underline the "rustic charm". The location doesn't seem to be particularly well attended anyway, the space was vacant.
And for good reason too: the service is pretty much the worst I've ever had, and I've eaten at McDonalds a lot. In an hour of waiting (!) I never had the opportunity to place an order! Only once did I see the staff when they were collecting the rubbish. My request whether I could get a menu card was simply ignored! I'm lost for words!
I finally left the "Jagdschlossgasse", annoyed. After all, it has been awarded a star for transport links.
