Dear Mr. Serno,
I've emailed you Whatsapp several times but I do not get an answer from you. This is really unfair to sell an expensive scrap that does not even begin to work and a very short video has been made where with the zhand just a momentum on the projector is given so that looks as if it works? UNFAIR!!!! If one sells a completely defective device and sends a video where the functions are shown lying on the basis of manipulation attempts I think is fraud! Thanks for being a victim of your great scam! I will not let it stand that way, I will describe the case in many light and sound technology forums and also Google ratings, company profiles as well as Facebook and other social networks so that your customers know who you are dealing with. In any case I will not let it stand that way , to me the few hundred euros are too much for scrap plus time and effort for driving back and forth I'm locked in a scam trap!
