About 1 month ago bought a washing machine with delivery and installation. The supplier had agreed between 12: 00-13: 00 at 16:30. has pulled the washing machine up to the second floor me sledging up. It was very loud when metal beats metal at every staircase. Supplier did not speak German. After the first wash the error code F13 was shown. To date, none of the machine came to view and possibly repair or exchange despite daily call directly to business. Suddenly nobody understands you anymore. When selling the seller has spoken quite good German.
My conclusion is a lousy business the guarantee on the bill is not worth the ink. Hands off.
Typically brought broken washing machine, say for days since they come over to the machine to judge because the yes give a "guarantee" and suddenly no one announces more and that for ridiculous 120 ¬.
