There I bought a sweater that I wanted to exchange ten days later, because the Levis logo broke. The store manager told me that this would not be possible because she now has to go to the bank and has other things to do. I should leave my phone number there she would report in about three days. I have never experienced anything so unfriendly. I then drove to Villach to Levis Store in Atrio. The seller there took care of it immediately and I got a credit.

Not recommended! Bought a white belt a few weeks ago and wanted to exchange it today. Doesn't go no bill and also after 14 days! After all, the belt costs 45 EUR. Statement from the saleswoman who is only nice when you buy something: she can't do anything! These stubborn sales-exchange rules piss me off! Never again Levi's, especially in the City Arkade in Klagenfurt !! By the way, I asked the saleswoman for a pair of scissors and cut the belt in front of your eyes.
