3 words describe these ladies in this business: arrogant, disinterested and outrageous !!!! Wanted to buy a pair of pants ... I tried 2, unfortunately, these did not fit, so I looked around the shop for another. My companion then noticed how a lady of this shop snorted behind my back and rolled her eyes! I do not have to mention more, very rude!

Actually, I am a very enthusiastic client of Calzedonia - both at home and abroad - and I have never had any problems. Therefore, the condition in this branch also scared me a lot. You come across badly informed and so incompetent and incompetent staff. In addition, they crown their ignorance with rudeness and incredibly irreverent behavior as it is very rare. You feel treated badly both as a customer and on a human level. My shopping experience was a horror scenario and I can only express my great dissatisfaction with this branch.

This branch is completely incompetent, everyone! Branch management is arrogant and very arrogant, just like the rest. Have been a good customer for 13 years, buy monthly from Calzedonia, bikini, socks, stockings etc ... not anymore !!! in my opinion the entire team in this branch should be replaced !!
