The young "consultant" apparently did not really want to help and finished - without diagnosis - with an "you can only reset to factory settings". The request to ask one of the colleagues for possible solutions was rejected. The mobile phone shop in the immediate vicinity - not specialized in Apple - was able to provide detailed advice and tried (free of charge) various solutions.
