Good service and nearly perfect selection

I bought a Canon 100 macro a few weeks ago and was very enthusiastic about the service (Click & Collect) as a professional photographer despite Corona Lockdown. On-site employees could be reached quickly by phone, checked the warehouse for me and prepared the lens for me directly. When we picked it up 15 minutes later, everything went smoothly, I got an answer to 2 short questions immediately and left the shop with a smile - definitely with a smile - definitely gladly again! :-)

Wanted to make passport photos, saleswoman very unmotivated and unfriendly. I was immediately sold without asking a set - package sold with key fob and photos with smile. The complaint was handled positively, I as a customer but was treated as rebellious and annoying. I've been a customer of the Hartlauer for a long time, but that's never happened to me.

I bought a HP printer 5010 in May. It was not printed until the beginning of November, then the sheet was empty, no more ink. No error message, level OK. Have photos of the level. Was Hartlauer 3x this week, first to contact HP support first, then the 2nd time I bought a new cartridge in black and was told that I had a 6 month warranty on it. So now I have the new cartridge used, now it's back to the print, I want to return the old of the purchased printer today Hartlauer, you are suddenly told that HP give the cartridges for free and with little capacity in the printer, what then sold in the trade. So no exchange or accommodation. Today I went out of business very satisfied, because otherwise I was served at the Hartlauer without hesitation and friendliest, and always was satisfied. By the way: as I waited at the cash register, at the other cash register, the co-worker who saw me very well, but did not bother to come over, got drilled in his nose. That's right, would never invent something like that. I did not experience something like that.
