I received very competent and helpful information from a (young?) Man on the phone.
The final invoice was dated incorrectly by the municipal utility company and, of course, the amount to be paid was therefore higher! (The fact that this can happen is of course just bad!) The customer service said to me on the phone: "Gosh the few euros!"
If you can avoid public utilities, it may not be wrong to do so.
I have already contacted the Stw ServiceCenter several times by phone. Every time really great !!!! Customer advisor very friendly and competent, inquiries are processed immediately. Thanks and keep it up !!!!
I made a contract 1.5 years ago but did not receive a contract for months, then a reminder at some point although I had not yet received any invoice or contract. A few calls later, the whole thing went fairly normal until the electricity price was almost doubled in just a few weeks ?!
The information from meter management is very friendly and helpful and clarified me. The gentleman on the phone answered all my questions and was able to initiate the meter exchange without any problems. Really great advice! :)
