I experience a lot of ignorance and arrogance in this city. I am very disappointed in Klagenfurt and am leaving this city again, as other newcomers do.
The city is small-minded and is lagging behind by years.

Hello, I had an appointment for today, December 24th, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. at the registration office, which I made by phone on December 21st, 2020 (I asked twice if they were open on December 24th). Once there, everything closed and the lights off. Not a single number of the magistrate can be reached by phone, not even the operator, there is a tape that all employees are currently in talks. Shame on you for such disorganization.
Unfortunately, I've only had bad experiences.
The last time I sent an email to the Citizens Service Office of the City of Klagenfurt 10 days ago to point out the poor condition of the fairly new and completely overpriced toilet facilities in Europapark - I didn't get any feedback, I would have been surprised ...
