At short notice I was looking for a company that could install a shower for me within 1-2 weeks. Mr. Breitschopf, the head of the company, was very courteous and acted for my best. I was really well looked after by him. Even after differences with his employee, Mr. Breitschopf was open to feedback and I even received a credit at the end. I didn't expect that and I'm more than positively surprised by this customer service. Clear recommendation!

In any case, it is not cheap! 60 € travel costs even though you don't live 500m away ... Otherwise ok, knows about Vaillant thermal baths.

Unexpectedly, I got Glückskind an appointment after an internal consultation (from Breitschopf) and was very satisfied with the repair and the friendly, young man!
