Once the property is rented there are only problems. Belongs together with PCC Immobilien and they are an absolute cheek. If she would never hire them again, they would literally pull the money out of your pocket !!

Found an apartment at will, sent request and still no response after 2 weeks. You can tell the customer whether the apartment is still available or not. In addition, the announcement is still online, which is why I cannot understand the ignorance. Very funny! Someone else gets the money.

I have been looking for a suitable apartment in Vienna for a long time without success. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I turned to RAAB & Partner Immobilien. The real estate agent answered my email relatively quickly and arranged a viewing appointment with me. The appearance of the lady was very serious and personable. She took enough time to show me both the apartment and the whole house and answered all my questions. After the lease was signed, I was always able to turn to her if I had any questions or problems with the apartment and she was well looked after. Thank you very much for that! I can definitely recommend this company.

Friendly and competent. Large selection of apartments. The brokers also speak Polish, Russian and English, which is very helpful for foreigners looking for a place to live in Vienna.
