Very impressive modern building and offices. The ladies at the reception are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They also speak fluent English which is a big bonus! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Modern and pleasantly designed office and conference rooms in a good location and the staff always very friendly and courteous. Highly recommended.
The location was recently reopened, the decor is really very modern and colorful. The lounge offers enough space for several visitors. Pleasant atmosphere!
The on-site staff is really helpful, as it wasn't clear at the beginning how I could find the Regus Center. After a short phone call, everything was really explained to me in detail and I was then kindly expected. In general, I did not use Regus for the first time because there is still a large selection at other locations in Vienna and I can therefore be really flexible!
The location directly at the main train station could not be better: public transport and parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Great ambience and always helpful!
I would like to give Regus 0 stars in Vienna, because of that:
1. The help desk in Barcelona and the on-site service in the Icon Tower Vienna generally feel that they are not responsible or not responsible for anything. If you need anything, you will be sent from Pontius to Pilatus. After a few laps, there is a chance that you may be lucky and be helped.
2. The agreed rent is due on the 15th of the previous month for the following month. Initially, this is only communicated to you in a fluffy email somewhere along the way. So that's not part of the signed contract. The on-site service in the Icon Tower Vienna threatens you with a warning relatively quickly if you don't pay "on time". After clarification by my lawyer, I paid the rent on time on the 5th of each month for the month (as is normally the case in rental contracts according to ABGB §1100).
3. Office repair service: A flat rate is payable upon moving out, based on the number of square meters of the office. No matter if, like in my case, you never have a brand new office for two months! has used. The flat rate is available as an "exit payment" on top - simply because it is in the house rules. In the office there was only an office table and a swivel chair. For the sake of security, I also took evidence photos when I moved out, since I don't understand at all why I should pay this flat rate. Paying is good, the flat rate was simply retained from my deposited deposit by Regus. Normally, the normal wear and tear of a rental property is compensated for as part of the rent, provided that the rental property has not been grossly damaged or broken. Regus obviously sees it differently. We'll see what my lawyer says ...
All in all, my conclusion: hands off this company, in my opinion it's all about ripping off other people. Nice offices or not, the whole interpersonal level there, left me with an extremely stale aftertaste.
