I contacted LM Lederia at the beginning of February because of the great homepage and was enthusiastic about the friendliness at the beginning. I was promised an appointment in mid to late February about which they wanted to inform me beforehand. When I finally wanted to find out whether and when my appointment would come about, I unfortunately received no more feedback despite repeated requests. Apart from the fact that such unreliable behavior is quite unprofessional, it is annoying for my horse and me insofar as I have to wait again with another saddler. I cannot judge the performance itself because it did not take place. However, due to this behavior, cannot recommend LM Lederia to anyone who values ​​getting to an appointment.
